Description
Two component epoxy glue putty, ideal for very strong bonding of various materials such as wood, metal, plastic etc. It is not affected by the sea salt, solvents and acids.
Application Fields
- It bonds practically everything except PE and Teflon
- It is not affected by sea water, solvents or acids
- Due to its 100% solid content can be used as glue or filling-insulating material (e.g boats etc)
- The bonds are stable from -20°C to 120°C
Application Steps
Step 1
Clean thoroughly the surfaces to be bonded
Step 2Prepare a mixture in ratio 1:1 for the A & B components for the needed quantity
Step 3Spread the adhesive on the two surfaces to be bonded
Step 4Bond by pressing the surfaces immediately
Step 5Hardening occurs after 12 - 24 hours (depending on weather conditions)
Storage
CARMYPOX EG-10 can be stored for at least 12 months at a temperature of 20°C in well closed cans.
