Description

It is ideal for the impregnation and stabilization of cementitious floor screeds prior to the application of final coat protective varnish. It is used for treating the DÉCOR cement screed prior to the application of the DÉCOR PROTECT or the DÉCOR PU VARNISH protective varnishes.

It has great penetration capacity and reduces the rate of capillary absorption without sealing the pores, leaving the surface to breathe.

Application Fields

  • Suitable for application on any kind of cementitious surface such as decorative cement screed, traditional type cement screeds, plasters, etc. The product is applied by paint brush or roller

Application Steps

Step 1

The substrate must necessarily be clean, dry and free of dust, mold and grease prior to the application. You should never apply on moist surfaces

Step 2

Stir well the content of the container before use, dilute appropriate and apply. After use, close well the container to maintain the product in good condition for future use

Step 3

If a second hand is needed, apply at least 4 hours after the first one

Step 4

The use of the material in the absorbent or very rough surfaces is made with sprayer. By this way we ensure penetration of the material everywhere, speed of implementation and fuel economy

Step 5

When applying ought to ensure that the material is absorbed and not simply deposited on the skin forming surfaces

Storage

It can be stored in a tightly closed container, without any problem for a long period provided that it hasn’t been dilution.
