POTENTIAL REASONS OF THE PROBLEM

Humidity Inflow:

• from the cracked or non waterproof grouts
• the lack of waterproofing (on the terrace)

SOLUTION

In case grout is not waterproof :

1. Clean well the grout with non-acidic cleaner VLX 181
2. Make the surface water repellent with the surfaces waterproofing NANOSHIELD W

If the grout is cracked:

1. Decommissioning of loose grout (with a screwdriver or disc)
2. Good cleaning of the substrate from loose and powders
3. Grouting with cement grout FMF 150, adding the elastic admixture for grouts VLX 185 GROUT ELASTIC (1,8 kg VLX 185: 5kg FMF 150)

If we lack of waterproofing on the roof, we can choose between:
