POTENTIAL REASONS OF THE PROBLEM

a) Increased moisture due to lack of insulation

b) The room is not well ventilated

c ) The terrace is not waterproofed or would have to be re- application due to physical deterioration of existing waterproofing

SOLUTION

• If you do not have waterproofing on the roof, then we can choose between:

1. FLX 380 ROOF SEALER
2. FLX 382 PLUS
3. FLX 385 HYBRID
4. FLX 390 PU SYSTEM
5. DSF 353 SUPER ELASTIC

• In case of waterproofing and thermal insulation problems on the terrace, we can apply THRAKON TILE system , to reduce energy loss. The application should be done after FLX 385 HYBRID it has been applied to the surface.
• If there are several casualties, then we suggest to do some thermal application on the terrace, according to your needs.
