POTENTIAL REASONS OF THE PROBLEM

a) The area is not well ventilated

b) Inflow of moisture from the back of the wardrobe

SOLUTION

1. Waterproofing from the back of the wardrobe, to the external walls, by applying the cementitious brushable waterproofing DSF 350 FLEX, in 2 or 3 layers.
2. Plastering the surface with repairing plaster WRM 550. If the surface has never been plastered, we can apply at first spray plaster SHP 205 and then one hand plaster NHP 255
3. Priming the surface with GLX 292 FLEX PRIM (or STATUS DUR SOLVENT)
4. Apply elastomeric waterproof facade paint STATUS ALL WEATHER
