Trade Marketing Executive

Thrakon Group, one of the largest research and production companies in the building materials, paints and varnishes industry seeks to recruit a dynamic Trade Marketing Executive who will collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate, based in Athens HQ, will directly report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible in developing a marketing strategy aligned with the brand strategy while focusing on distribution, display, promotion and price.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support sales objectives
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Develop & drive brand loyalty programs
Collecting and analyzing competitive prices and price increases;
Ensure the implementation of initiatives and commercial activities, monitoring their progress;
Handles documentation for samples and other activities;
Ongoing communication with the sales force in order to provide the necessary support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 2 years trade marketing experience within a fast paced business (i.e. construction/ building materials / colours / industrial tools ;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Superior level of skill development in analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, teamwork;
Professional ethics and personal integrity;
Proficiency in English and use of MS Office package (advanced level, especially Excel);
